TERMS OF PAYMENT
When an agreement has been arrived at to undertake a client’s reservation, a contract between the two parties is signed which stipulates the mode and terms of payment.
Cash payments are accepted in local currency, United States dollars & Euro, cheques and bank Transfers. Old US$ notes are not accepted here (bills of before year 2000 print). When payments are not being made in time, your reservations will be cancelled automatically by the robots which monitor flight bookings.
PRICES
All prices are subject to change at any time due to inflation, currency fluctuations and exchange rate at any particular time, or other circumstances beyond.
COMPLAINTS
Should there be any problem, please tell us immediately, and we will get it sorted out at once.
Should you remain dissatisfied, please write to us setting out the complaint in detail within 10 days after the end of our services under the contract between us. We will not accept responsibility for any complaints, which are not notified entirely in accordance with this clause.
Should any legal dispute arise, it must be settled in either Moshi or Arusha– Tanzania.
